To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This is deducted from your treatment cost on the day.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: Your deposit will be transferred to a future booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited. Short-notice cancellations prevent us from offering the slot to another client in need of treatment.

Late arrivals: We will always do our best to accommodate you, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

No-shows: Your deposit will be forfeited and a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. We reserve the right to require this to be settled before any future appointment can be confirmed.
