We collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth. We also collect health and medical information relevant to your treatment, including medical history, current medications, allergies, consultation notes, treatment records and before and after photographs where you have given explicit consent. We collect appointment history, payment records and basic website usage information such as IP address and browser type.
Why We Collect Your Information
We use your information to provide consultations and treatments, maintain accurate treatment records, contact you about appointments, send you relevant clinic news and offers where you have opted in, process payments and meet our legal and insurance obligations as an aesthetics practice.
Health information is classed as Special Category Data under UK GDPR. We process this data because it is necessary to provide you with safe and appropriate treatment, and we do so with your explicit consent and in accordance with our duty of care as aesthetic practitioners.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with our booking system provider SimplyBook.me, payment processors, our insurance provider, IT and website service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in line with UK GDPR.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Treatment and medical records are retained for a minimum of eight years from your last treatment, or until age 25 if you were a minor at the time of treatment, in line with NHS and aesthetic practice guidance. Financial records are kept for seven years in accordance with HMRC requirements. Contact and marketing information is held until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to how we process your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
